This March weather is crazy warm - like 20 degrees warmer than normal. So, we decided to do what any logical people would do - a late lunch/early dinner on the river. Johnny had heard from a co-worker of a restaurant on the river in Bellevue - Off Shore. I can't believe we ate outside in March!

Tip: Skip the bun, and you have room for dessert! Chicken Supreme with bacon and Thousand Island. PB Pie! It doesn't hurt to indulge every once in a while, right?
Exciting news, the baby room closet is finished! I was so excited to put the two bins on the shelves, because you know, I have stuff to put in them.
Aren't they SO cute? I'm not exactly sure what will go in them, but for now I shall admire the cuteness.
Yay! Those little onesies were bought a while ago. One says something about being a rocker, with little guitars. The other says something about "daddy's little slugger". I know, I lean towards the more tomboy-ish clothes. If we have a girl, I'll SO dress h…

Keep it quick!

I'm pooped - thus the short post tonight.

I wish I had a before and after shot of this. The crazy lilac bushes are GONE. I went to Katie's bridal shower and came home and saw these were missing - such a nice surprise!
Now we can say we've got something IN the baby room! We're very lucky to have gotten such a beautiful crib - this stinker better appreciate it :)
Isn't it pretty?

The sunrise this morning - ahhh, it was SO nice out today.
The Irish food served at the St.Patrick's Day party we went to. Corned beef, soda bread, carrots and potatoes and cabbage. AND CAKE.
Saw a leprachuan.
And me at 23 weeks! Maybe there is something in there after all!

I'm off to attempt to finish my book club book for tomorrow, I still have about 100 pages! We're reading The Innocent - SO GOOD!

So....on a scale on 1-10, what would you rate my chances of getting another frie would be?

That's what Trice just said to me anyways.
Pretty good weekend at this house. Friday night started with grilled cheese sammiches and tomato soup:
And, we both stayed awake long enough to watch Limitless, this crazy story about a guy (played by Bradley Cooper...mmmm) who finds a drug to make him think clearer and work faster - I won't say anymore, but it was pretty good! Johnny is good at picking out movies.

Saturday started with one very cute little girls birthday party, my friend Ashley's daughter Makayla:
Isn't that tutu freaking adorable?!
Awesome cake!
We ended the night going to a friends' housewarming party, and I'm just realizing we didn't take any pictures.
Today I ran to Cedar Rapids with my mom and grandma (which seems to never happen anymore) and got some new maternity clothes and baby hat patterns for grandma.
Ended the trip with Cold Stone ice cream: Now they have fro-yo! Banana Chocolate Indulengce.

I finally ended the weekend by putting our ultrasou…
